Grease Extractor Cleaning
For Commercial Kitchen Cleaning

Commercial Kitchens are required by law to have their Extraction and duct systems cleaned depending on the intensity of use. 

     
  • Low use kitchens: Should have their extraction units cleaned once every 12 months. 
  •  
  • Moderate use kitchens: Should have a deep clean every 6 months. 
  •  
  • Heavy use kitchens: Should have their units cleaned every 3 months. 

TR19 is the industry standard for cleaning commercial kitchen duct work. It is important to clean your kitchen's extraction system regularly to prevent grease, fumes, and other cooking outcomes from building up inside the extraction fans. This can cause the fan to overheat, which can be a major fire hazard. Failing to comply with TR19 regulations can result in hefty fines.
