Before March 2024, Our biggest client relied on several service partners to fulfil its staffing needs across the UK. This fragmented approach resulted in inefficiencies, higher costs, and a lack of streamlined operations. Our client was looking for a solution that could provide consistent staffing across its operations while reducing costs and increasing operational efficiency.
In March 2024, JPI began a unique partnership, assuming responsibility for all of its staffing requirements across the UK. By consolidating our clients staffing needs with a single partner, JPI was able to deliver significant cost savings for our client while also growing its own turnover and margin. This arrangement not only helped them save money but also allowed JPI to expand its business and increase its profitability.
In addition to supplying staffing, JPI took over the 24-hour control room and operations function directly. This move also included the TUPE transfer of our clients Director of Operations to JPI, providing a senior member of staff to assist in managing and growing JPI’s new operations. By focusing on its core business, they could better engage with clients and invest in new business development, all while benefitting from significant cost savings.
